course outline AND PURPOSE:

This programme is for TAs who want to be consistently effective in promoting positive learning outcomes for all pupils they support. The Olevi Outstanding TA Programme will give access to a deeper understanding of how pupils learn and the necessary skills to secure consistently positive impact on pupil learning. The consistent application of the principles and skills acquired from the OTAP Programme should enable TAs to be judged by their schools as highly effective.

The programme is set over 5 mornings/afternoons and it is essential that you can attend all sessions. It is recommended that a minimum of 2 delegates come from each school.

This course will now be run online over two am sessions of 3hours each 

Course outline and purpose: 

To ensure all school based Designated Child Protection Leads are update in matters relevant to their role.

To issue Certificate of Attendance for those who participate in the whole day. This is an intensive course and latecomers who the course leader judges have already missed significant course input will not be issued with a certificate. In these circumstances the attendee will need to be repeat the whole session before the necessary certificate can be issued.

Code: ENF/21/61 National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership - NPQSL 2021 (EVENT FULL)

The DfE endorse NPQSL programme providers. The NPQSL programme has been updated by the DfE in order to take into account recent changes in the roles and responsibilities of senior leaders. Here in Enfield the NPQSL delivery model will be one of blended learning - face-to-face workshops, facilitated online learning and self-directed study. The face to face days will take place in Enfield.

 

Enfield recruitment will take place over the Summer and Autumn Term for a start date in the Spring Term 2021. You are recommended to express your interest in this very popular programme as soon as possible as places fill up very quickly.
